Sweet & Tangy Meatballs 1 lb hamburger meat 2 eggs 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbsp Aniyka's Wet Seasoning (member of Khanya4i Foods) 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs Khanya4i Sweet & Tangy Dressing
Mix meatball ingredients together well, form mixture into meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Drain accumulated grease from pan. Pour Khanya4i Sweet & Tangy Dressing over meatballs, cover and bake for additional 30 - 45 mins. |

Sweet & Tangy Roasted Chicken 1 large whole chicken 3 tbsp seasoning salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp Aniyka's Wet Seasoning (member of Khanya4i Foods) 2 baking potatoes Khanya4i Sweet & Tangy Dressing
Rinse chicken in lime and water and drain well. Rub chicken with Aniyka's Wet Seasoning, seasoning salt, sugar and olive oil. Let chicken marinade for 1 hour. While chicken is marinating, peal and chop potatoes into cubes. Once ready to cook chicken, pre heat oven to 350 degrees, place seasoned chicken with potatoes in a heavy baking dish and cover. Let bake for 1 hour, drain any excess fat from pan and coat Sweet & Tangy Dressing over chicken and potatoes and bake for another hour or until juice runs clear when stuck with a fork. |

Sweet & Tangy Salmon Salmon Filet (8 - 10 pieces) 2 tbsp Aniyka's Wet Seasoning 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tbsp seasoning salt Khanya4i Sweet & Tangy Dressing
Combine all ingredients and coat the salmon. Let stand for 10 mins to marinade. Place fish in a shallow baking dish, cover and bake at 450 degrees for 10 - 12 mins. Uncover, pour on Sweet & Tangy Dressing and continue to bake for an additional 5 - 10 mins or until dressing caramelizes. |

Sweet & Tangy Jerk Ribs Short ribs 2 tbsp Aniyka's Wet Seasoning 1 tbsp seasoning salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp of your favourite jerk seasoning 1 tsp olive oil 2 tbsp Khanya4i Sweet & Tangy Dressing
Marinade ribs in above ingredients for 10 - 15 mins. Place in baking pan, cover and bake for 30 - 40 mins at 350 degrees. Uncover ribs and coat liberally with Sweet & Tangy Dressing and cook uncovered until dressing caramelizes. |

Sweet & Tangy Batter Fried Eggplant l large eggplant pealed and cubed 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp Aniyka's Wet Seasoning Batter 1 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/2 cup lukewarm water 1 tbsp margarine olive oil (for frying)
Season eggplant and set aside. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Drop egg in center, add water and margarine and mix well. Dip seasoned eggplant into batter and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and transfer to shallow baking dish. Coat liberally with Sweet & Tangy Dressing. Cover and place in oven at 350 - 400 degrees for 10 mins or until dressing caramelizes and eggplant is cooked. Low fat Version *Substitute batter with coating* Coating 2 egg whites Italian bread crumbs
Beat egg whites, dip seasoned eggplant in eggs and then coat in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet sprayed with pam. Bake on sheet at 350 - 400 degrees for 30 -45 mins or until eggplant is cooked. Coat liberally with Sweet & Tangy dressing and cook for an additional 5 mins uncovered until dressing is caramelized.
